The need.

Sarnia Duty Free’s biggest challenges are maintaining the “Duty Free” moniker and brand promise while marketing their supplier products and staying top of mind with consumers as a retail destination for great brands and savings.

The solution.

SDF partnered with Cipher Interactive Inc. to build their marketing platform. We developed seasonal campaigns that incorporated creative displays that bring out the Duty Free namesake and energy while promoting supplier assets. Each campaign was adapted for various marketing initiatives across digital, social, and out-of-home to drive awareness around shopping at the border.

The result.

SDF has greatly improved their brand appeal while effectively showcasing supplier products. As well, by shifting advertising spend to digital tactics they have been able to grow brand awareness and increase reach and impressions.
